Unfortunately we had to leave our hammers at home but apart from that Ulsan vs the Roar was a great occassion. There were about 120 fans in the away bay and probably another 80-100 sprinkled throughout the stadium.
While it could have been 3 points a draw away from home is still a good result in the ACL and despite playing with 10 men the team showed they can really compete at this level in a positive and pro active way.
That's not to diminish Adelaides fantastic achievments which have and still do Australia proud but seeing an A league team outplay Asian opponents is a new kind of thrill.
Was great to see the team play live...... only 12 months to go until the next time.
